Side by Side · a half-day with me

Your keyboard. My chair next to it.

A morning — in person if you're within reach of Hampshire, on a call if you're not — where we do Groundwork on your real accounts and don't stop until you can change your own website, take a deposit at booking, and argue with your own AI. By four o'clock you do it without me. That's the point.

What happens

Before

You'll have done Ten Minutes, and either Groundwork or a couple of hours of homework I send you. Not to save my time — because the day works when you arrive with the questions half-formed.

The morning

Your accounts, your logins, your keyboard. We get into your website and put a box on the front page that you control. We link your bookings to a deposit. We write your house rules — the five sentences — and test them until your AI refuses something it should refuse. We build your renewals calendar. I sit next to you. I don't touch the keyboard.

The last half hour

Two questions you can answer from evidence, not feeling: what did you change without asking anyone? And what's the next job you resent and can describe? Your answers decide what, if anything, comes next.

After

A short pack with everything we did, in your words, and the prompts. No follow-up sequence, no check-in call booked by a robot. If you want another half-day, ask.

Is this for you

Worth a morning if

  • Someone else holds your website login and you've stopped asking for changes because of what it costs.
  • You chase deposits, or you've given up chasing them and just absorb the no-shows.
  • You keep client notes and know, roughly, that rules apply to them.
  • You'd rather learn it than have it done — and you'll say "no, that's wrong" to a screen.

Probably not, if

  • You have staff and an IT supplier. Different job.
  • You want it done for you. Then you want a virtual assistant, and I can point you at one.
  • It needs code. I don't write it.
  • You're connected to my employer or its clients. I keep the two worlds apart, properly.
The price, plainly

£600 for the morning, in person or on a call. The first few are free — I'm testing the day, not selling it — and if you're one of those it's because someone I know sent you.

There's no other number and no discount to ask for. Friends of friends pay nothing; everyone else pays what's on the page. I'd rather be clear than be haggled with.

To ask: email. No form, no call booked by a robot. Tell me what you do and what you're paying someone else to control.
