Ask it what it doesn't know about you.
If you've never told it anything, it'll ask sensible questions — and that's your first house rule half-written. If you have, the gaps it names are the gaps in your rules. Either way, don't answer with anything about a real client. That's rule one, and it's the reason it's safe to do this at all.
If it goes wrong: if it answers with a sales pitch about itself instead of questions about you, it has ignored the instruction. Type "You didn't answer my question. Try again, and only list the three things." Holding it to the question is most of the skill.
